Lifestyle Weight Loss   Management 

This is a 20 session program that help the  client  become aware  for the stressors in  life that  are associated with a person's  inability to loss and maintain a healthy weight. These stressor could be  internal or external. The goal of this program is  to identify the stressor  and learn how  to  eliminated or  lessor the stressor by  using the tool and techniques that  will be introduce in the program. Each session is  45 to 60 mins. These sessions can be  taken  once   or twice  a week depending  on how  comfortable   the client is  with their progress.
