Personal Training 

Freeing To Be Fit, LLC offers  personal training for beginners and intermediate individuals. We  will help you lay the ground work that will start you on your  healthy lifestyle journey. Our  style of  workouts  consist of  light weight,  body weight and circuit training. We  also offer small group training 2-4 people. Sessions are between 45- 60 mins. It is $20 per session. When you sign up for this program for  3  or more months  you will receive 5 dollars off each session within that program. This program is  great coupled  with  one or  more of  the other programs offered by Freeing To Be Fit
